True staccato's are amazing as well, I never realised how much difference that would make until I heard them on the Embertone. Having multiple mic positions (Embertone, Sonicouture) for example really helps in getting the 'recorded in a studio' vibe that a lot of samples are missing. To my ear there is a big difference between the piano's I have, especially when playing them, how they naturally react to playing, but also in the production of my music. I think we all listen for different things in a sound. You're certainly free to disagree.You are right. Given how often I see people acting like the diff between X and Y is so great when IMO they aren't, I'll stand by that. (In fact I'd say that about most if not all plugins, but that's going outside the topic) Again not saying there aren't diffs, just that often I think they're overblown and minute.
